Plain-language terms for how PRS operates. The 30-Day Quality Commitment is prominently featured because it matters. The rest protects both parties — transparently.

PRS operates under a 30-Day Quality Commitment: within the first 30 days of any private engagement, either party may conclude the relationship cleanly if fit proves incorrect.
If you invoke it, you receive a full refund of payments made, minus the value of sessions already delivered at their standalone rate ($900/session). Most clients who invoke the Commitment receive a refund of approximately $9,300 — $10,200.
This rarely activates. Not because the terms are restrictive — because Gemma is careful at enrollment. The diagnostic rigor of the Audit Call is the first quality gate. The conservatism before the "yes" is why the guarantee rarely needs invoking.
Engagement Structure
PRS Private is a 90-day engagement consisting of eight 90-minute sessions, seven permanent deliverables, and structured email access between sessions. Group Cohort is the cohort-format equivalent. Heaven on Earth Business is the 6-month integrated elite engagement.
Sessions are conducted via Zoom. Recordings are provided to the client. Between-session email access is available for structural questions only — not for real-time coaching or unlimited consultation.
The engagement begins on the date of Session 1, which must be booked within 14 days of enrollment. Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Missed sessions without rescheduling are forfeited.
Payment Terms
Pricing is published transparently at prs.gemmaserenity.com/pricing and is the same pricing offered to all clients. No rate negotiation on the published tiers.
- PRS Private: $12,000 paid in full, or two payments of $6,500 (month 1 and month 2).
- Group Cohort: $9,000 paid in full, or two payments of $4,750.
- Heaven on Earth: $33,000 paid in full, or three payments of $11,000.
- Entry products: $47, $97, $197 — paid in full, Stripe.
- PRS Manager: $297/month, Stripe recurring.
Corporate engagements may request Net-15 or Net-30 terms with approved W-9. Late payments are subject to a 1.5% monthly interest charge.
Cancellation & Refund
Within the first 30 days of the engagement, the 30-Day Quality Commitment applies (see above). After 30 days, engagements are non-refundable, though pauses of up to 30 days may be requested once per engagement without charge.
Entry products ($47 · $97 · $197) carry a 14-day refund window — refunds are issued with no questions asked if requested within 14 days of purchase.
PRS Manager subscriptions are month-to-month. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no prorated refunds for partial months.
Intellectual Property & Deliverables
The seven permanent deliverables produced during the engagement are yours to keep in perpetuity. You may use them in your business, share them with your team, and adapt them as your business evolves. They are your deliverables.
The PRS methodology — the Three Gaps Framework, the Five-Layer Architecture, the 90-Day Installation Sequence — remains the intellectual property of Gemma Serenity Gorokhoff. Clients may not resell, relicense, or publicly teach the methodology as their own work.
Alumni may reference their participation in PRS and describe their outcomes publicly. They may not, however, position themselves as PRS-certified consultants without a separate licensing agreement.
Privacy & Confidentiality
Everything you share during the engagement is confidential. Gemma does not share client numbers, situations, or identifying details without explicit written permission.
Client data is stored in industry-standard encrypted systems (GoHighLevel, Stripe, Notion Enterprise). No data is sold or shared with third parties outside the operational tools required to deliver the engagement.
Case studies and testimonials require explicit opt-in. You may withdraw permission at any time. Data retention follows GDPR and CCPA standards regardless of your jurisdiction.
Liability & Outcomes
PRS installs architecture. Outcomes depend on operator execution, market conditions, and factors outside the engagement itself. Past client results do not guarantee your results.
Gemma operates with best-effort professional care. Total liability for any dispute is limited to the amount paid for the specific engagement. Consequential or indirect damages are excluded.
PRS is consulting and education — not legal, financial, medical, or therapeutic advice. For legal, financial, or health decisions, consult appropriately licensed professionals.
Disputes & Jurisdiction
Before any formal dispute, both parties agree to engage in good-faith direct conversation for at least 30 days. Most issues resolve here.
If conversation does not resolve the matter, disputes are resolved through binding arbitration in Maricopa County, Arizona, under the laws of Arizona. Class action waivers apply.
This section does not limit a client's ability to invoke the 30-Day Quality Commitment or to report genuine grievances to consumer-protection authorities.
