The Program
What exactly is Predictable Revenue Systems?

PRS is a 90-day private engagement that builds a complete revenue system for an experienced professional. It operates through 8 live working sessions with Gemma Serenity Gorokhoff and produces 7 permanent business assets across 5 sequential modules: Revenue Clarity, Offer Architecture, Market Positioning, Demand Generation, and System Stabilisation.

It is important to be precise about what it is not. It is not a course: there is no passive content to consume alone. It is not a coaching program: the sessions produce deliverables, not just insights. It is not a mastermind: the engagement is entirely private and built around your specific situation. It is a structured installation process with a clear output: a revenue system that operates predictably and independently after Day 90.

What are the 5 modules?

Module 1, Revenue Clarity. Complete archaeology of every existing revenue source. Where income actually comes from, what drives its variability, what patterns exist beneath the surface. The 90-day target is set here, grounded in real data.

Module 2, Offer Architecture. Design of your complete offer suite: a flagship program, a retainer structure that creates recurring income, and tiered entry points. Pricing set architecturally, not reactively.

Module 3, Market Positioning. Complete rewrite of your professional narrative, LinkedIn headline and About section, and a content framework built around three authority themes.

Module 4, Demand Generation. Daily acquisition rhythm, word-for-word outreach sequences, an audit call framework, and a pipeline tracker. This is the operational heart of the system.

Module 5, System Stabilisation. The weekly operating rhythm, KPI framework, monthly review protocol, and expansion trigger. The system runs independently after this module is installed.

What are the 7 deliverables I actually receive?

Every deliverable is built to your specific situation, not a template you fill in, but an asset engineered in the working sessions themselves.

1. Personal Revenue Map, the diagnostic foundation
2. Engineered Offer Suite, your complete revenue product architecture
3. Complete Positioning Package, narrative, LinkedIn assets, content framework
4. Installed Demand System, outreach sequences, pipeline tracker, audit call framework
5. Audit Call Framework, the 5-question diagnostic that closes itself
6. 90-Day Forward Operating Plan, your operating guide for the system running independently
7. Session Recording Package, every session recorded, transcribed, and AI-summarised

These assets are yours permanently. They continue to operate after the 90 days are complete.

How is PRS different from other business coaching or consulting programs?

Three differences that are structural, not cosmetic.

It installs rather than teaches. Most programs give you knowledge and frameworks to implement later, alone. PRS builds the actual system with you, in real time, across 8 working sessions. By Day 90 you do not have notes about a system. You have the system.

It is built around your situation. PRS runs in cohorts, but every working session is focused on your offers, your market, your acquisition challenges, and your pipeline. The system being installed is yours, not a generic template.

It is backed by a quality commitment. If after 30 days you do not have complete clarity on your offer architecture and acquisition strategy, sessions continue at no charge until you do. That commitment is in the client agreement.

What is the Three Gaps framework?

The Three Gaps are the structural deficits that account for most income inconsistency among experienced professionals. They are diagnosable, distinct, and closable.

The Offer Gap, offers designed for delivery rather than recurring economic return. Monthly income rebuilds from zero regardless of prior performance because there is no retainer structure, no tiered offer stack, no recurring revenue floor.

The Acquisition Gap, income dependent on referrals or timing, neither of which the professional controls. No daily acquisition practice generating consistent new conversations.

The Follow-Up Gap, warm leads who expressed genuine interest but were never followed up with systematically. Research consistently shows 30-40% of these leads can be converted with a structured second-touch sequence. This gap is frequently the most immediately recoverable of the three.

PRS closes all three gaps across the 5 modules.

The Investment
What does PRS cost?

The PRS program is $12,000 for the full 90-day engagement, 8 sessions, 7 deliverables, 5 modules, and the 30-Day Quality Commitment.

A payment plan is available: 3 payments of $4,500 ($13,500 total), with the first payment due at enrollment and subsequent payments 30 days apart.

The honest framing: The question is not whether $12,000 is a large number. It is what one additional enrolled client per month, reliably and systemically, produces across the next 12 months, and how that compares to the gap between your current average monthly revenue and your target number.
What is the 30-Day Quality Commitment?

If after the first 30 days of PRS you do not have complete clarity on your offer architecture and your acquisition strategy, sessions continue at no charge until you do.

This is not a marketing claim. It is written into the client agreement. It reflects the straightforward confidence that the framework works for the professional it is designed for, and it has never been invoked.

Is there a refund policy?

PRS does not offer refunds after enrollment, because the value is co-created in real time across the working sessions. What is built in Session 1 cannot be unbuilt. What is installed in Session 3 belongs to you permanently.

The 30-Day Quality Commitment is the protection that matters: if clarity is not achieved, work continues at no charge. The investment is protected by continued delivery, not by the option to reverse it.

If you have concerns before enrolling, the Revenue Audit Call is the right place to surface them. Gemma will give you an honest answer about whether PRS is the right fit.

How quickly can I expect to recover the investment?

This depends entirely on your starting point, your market, and the quality of your execution, and anyone who gives you a specific number without knowing those factors is guessing.

What can be said structurally: the Follow-Up Gap alone, in most professional pipelines, contains more latent revenue than the program investment. Warm leads that went quiet, conversations that were never followed up on, prospects who asked for information and never heard back, a structured second-touch sequence frequently converts 30-40% of these. For many professionals, that recovery alone covers the investment within the first 30 days.

The Offer Architecture module, once installed, creates a recurring revenue floor that did not exist before. The compounding effect of that floor over 12 months typically produces multiples of the program investment.

Does PRS offer any other payment arrangements?

The two options are pay in full ($12,000) or the payment plan (3 × $4,500). If neither works for your situation, the honest recommendation is to book a Revenue Audit Call and have that conversation with Gemma directly. There may be a path worth discussing.

3
The Timeline
How are the 8 sessions structured across 90 days?

The sessions are spaced across the 90 days to allow implementation between each one. Typical rhythm:

Sessions 1-2 (Weeks 1-2), Revenue Clarity and Offer Architecture. The diagnostic foundation and the offer structure.
Sessions 3-4 (Weeks 3-5), Market Positioning. Professional narrative, LinkedIn, content framework.
Sessions 5-6 (Weeks 6-8), Demand Generation. Outreach system, pipeline, acquisition rhythm installed.
Sessions 7-8 (Weeks 9-13), System Stabilisation and Graduation. Operating rhythm locked in, KPIs set, 90-Day Plan finalised.

The exact spacing is agreed at Session 1 based on your schedule and situation.

How long is each session?

Sessions are typically 60 to 90 minutes. They are working sessions, not conversations, the time is used to build, design, and install, not to discuss frameworks in the abstract. Every session ends with a specific set of committed action steps with clear deadlines.

What happens between sessions?

Between sessions, you execute the action steps committed to at the end of the previous session. Gemma reviews your progress before each session so time in the session is spent building forward, not catching up.

Every session is recorded, transcribed, and delivered with an AI-generated summary within 24 hours, so nothing is lost if you need to revisit a decision or a framework.

What if I need to reschedule a session?

Life happens. Sessions can be rescheduled with reasonable notice. The 90-day window is a target, not a strict deadline, what matters is completing all 8 sessions with the quality of work each one requires. If circumstances require extending the timeline slightly, that is a conversation Gemma will have with you directly.

When can I start?

PRS runs in cohorts with a maximum of 10 clients per month. That cap is deliberate: it is what makes the quality of attention in each engagement possible. When you enroll, Session 1 is typically scheduled within 5 to 10 business days.

If the current cohort is full, you will be placed at the front of the next available start date. Availability can be confirmed on the Revenue Audit Call.

4
The Results
What results can I realistically expect?

The honest answer requires separating what PRS guarantees structurally from what depends on your execution.

What PRS installs, guaranteed: a complete offer suite, a positioned professional narrative, a daily acquisition rhythm, a pipeline system, a follow-up sequence, and a 90-day operating plan. These are built in the sessions and are yours permanently.

What depends on you: the revenue output of those systems depends on how consistently you operate them. A system you do not execute does not produce results. A system you execute with consistency, in the right market, at the right price point, produces the compounding results the framework is designed to generate.

The structural reality: The Follow-Up Gap work alone, for most professionals, produces measurable revenue movement within the first 30 days. The full system, once installed and consistently operated, is designed to produce a month at or above the 90-day target before the program ends. Results vary significantly based on market, experience level, and execution quality.
Is there any guarantee?

The 30-Day Quality Commitment: if after the first 30 days you do not have complete clarity on your offer architecture and acquisition strategy, sessions continue at no charge until you do.

There is no income guarantee: any program that guarantees a specific revenue outcome is making a promise it cannot keep, because revenue depends on execution, market conditions, and many variables outside anyone's control. What PRS guarantees is the quality and completeness of the system it installs.

How quickly do results typically appear?

PRS is designed to produce visible movement within the first 30 days. Not manufactured momentum, genuine structural progress. The Follow-Up Gap work, which begins in Session 5, frequently produces the most immediate revenue recovery, because it works with warm leads who already exist in your pipeline.

The Offer Architecture, once installed, begins generating recurring revenue from the next client who enrolls. The acquisition system builds momentum over 30-60 days as the daily rhythm produces consistent new conversations.

By Day 90, the system is running. What happens after Day 90 depends entirely on whether you continue to operate it.

What if the system does not work for my specific market or situation?

The Revenue Audit Call exists precisely to diagnose this before you invest. Gemma will give you an honest assessment of whether your market, your expertise level, and your current situation are the right conditions for PRS to produce results.

If they are not. She will tell you. PRS is not a solution for every professional at every stage. The 30-Day Quality Commitment is the protection for cases where the fit turns out to be harder than anticipated after starting.

5
Who It Is For
Who is PRS designed for?

PRS is designed for experienced professionals: consultants, coaches, advisors, trainers, strategists, and operators, who have genuine, demonstrable expertise accumulated over at minimum a decade of professional practice, and whose income is inconsistent relative to the value they deliver.

The framework assumes the expertise exists. It does not teach you how to deliver your service. It builds the infrastructure through which that service is consistently positioned, priced, and delivered to the right clients at the right investment level.

Who is PRS not for?

PRS is not the right fit for:

Beginners who are still building their core expertise. The framework amplifies existing expertise. It cannot substitute for it.
Professionals seeking passive income or overnight results. PRS installs an active revenue system. It requires consistent daily execution.
Professionals who want the system designed but not operated. The system works when you work it.
Professionals who believe their income situation is externally determined and unchangeable. If the ceiling feels fixed, the structural reframe PRS requires will feel uncomfortable.

If any of these describe you, the honest recommendation is not to enroll. The Audit Call will surface this clearly.

Do I need to already have some clients or revenue to join PRS?

Yes. PRS is designed for professionals who are already generating some revenue, even if inconsistently. The Revenue Clarity module works with real existing data: actual client history, actual revenue figures, actual pipeline. A professional with no clients yet does not have the data the system needs to diagnose and solve the right problems.

If you are at zero revenue and building from scratch, the Revenue Audit Call will help you understand what you need to put in place before PRS is the right next step.

I am already quite successful. Is PRS still relevant?

Possibly: it depends on whether the Three Gaps are present. Some highly successful professionals have inconsistent income despite high-revenue months. Some have strong acquisition but no retainer structure, meaning every month rebuilds from zero. Some have strong offers but no systematic follow-up, bleeding warm pipeline silently.

The Revenue Audit Call is a precise diagnostic tool regardless of where you currently are. It surfaces which gaps exist and whether PRS addresses them specifically. If the gaps are not present, Gemma will tell you that directly.

I have tried other programs and they did not work. Why would PRS be different?

This is one of the most honest questions to ask, and it deserves a direct answer.

Most programs that did not work fall into one of three categories: they taught frameworks without installing them, they gave generic advice without diagnosing the specific gap, or they addressed the wrong problem (mindset, visibility, content) when the actual problem was structural.

PRS is different in one specific way: it does not teach you how to build a revenue system. It builds the system with you, in your sessions, for your specific situation. The output is not knowledge. It is an installed, running system. If the prior programs you tried gave you knowledge that you were then expected to implement alone, the mechanism of failure was the implementation gap, not you.

6
Logistics
Where do sessions take place?

All sessions are conducted online via video call. PRS is not location-dependent, clients work with Gemma from wherever they are based. All you need is a reliable internet connection and a quiet space for 60-90 minutes per session.

How do I enroll?

The enrollment process takes approximately 5 minutes:

1. Choose your payment option on the PRS program page and complete payment via Stripe.
2. You will receive an enrollment confirmation with a link to complete your pre-intake questionnaire.
3. Review and sign the client agreement.
4. Book your Session 1 via the calendar link provided.
5. Gemma reviews your questionnaire before Session 1 so the first session is substantive from the first minute.

What happens after Day 90?

At Day 90, your system is running independently. The 7 deliverables are yours permanently. The 90-Day Forward Operating Plan continues to guide your weekly and monthly rhythm going forward.

PRS graduates are invited to join the alumni community, where Gemma maintains an ongoing presence and graduates can access ongoing resources and peer connection.

Some graduates choose to continue working with Gemma in a lighter-touch engagement after Day 90. That conversation happens at the graduation session if it is relevant.

Is there support between sessions?

Every session is recorded and delivered with a full transcript and AI summary within 24 hours. If a question arises from reviewing session content, the material is always accessible. The pre-intake questionnaire and between-session action steps create a clear structure that reduces the need for unscheduled contact.

If something urgent comes up between sessions, Gemma is reachable by email. The boundary is that between-session contact is for genuine questions about implementation, not a substitute for the sessions themselves.

What is PRS Manager and how does it relate to the program?

PRS Manager is a separate tool, a personalized pipeline dashboard designed specifically to run the Demand Generation system installed in Module 4. It tracks every prospect, every stage, and every next action in real time, replacing the need for manual spreadsheet tracking.

PRS Manager is available separately at $100/month (Founding Member rate, locked for life, rising to $197/month after the founding period closes). It is not required to run the PRS system, but it makes the daily acquisition rhythm significantly easier to execute consistently.
