Before the Audit Call · the work that makes it work.
Once you've booked your Revenue Audit Call, you receive a 7-question pre-intake. This page explains why the pre-intake matters and what to expect — so you arrive at the call with the context that makes the 30 minutes genuinely structural.
Why the pre-intake is required.
The depth of the Audit Call is determined by the depth of the pre-intake. Gemma reads every answer before the call. Clients who complete the intake thoughtfully enter the call at Week 3 depth. Clients who skip it — or rush it — enter at Week 1 depth and leave with less structural clarity. The pre-intake is not a form. It's the first act of the work.
What the pre-intake asks.
These are the actual seven questions in the pre-intake. Reading them here lets you think through your answers before the form arrives — which makes the form faster to complete.
What percentage of your revenue comes from referrals vs. other sources?
When a qualified conversation goes quiet, what happens next?
Describe your current flagship offer — pricing, scope, deliverables.
What have you tried before that didn't produce durable change?
What outcome would make the next 90 days genuinely valuable?
Is there anything else Gemma should know before the call?
Twenty-four hours before the call.
The pre-intake form arrives by email 24 hours before your scheduled Audit Call. Completion takes 10 minutes. Gemma reads every answer before the call begins. If the intake isn't returned at least 4 hours before the call, the call is automatically rescheduled to a slot that allows proper preparation time.
The Audit Call is the entry point.
The pre-intake only arrives after the Audit Call is booked. If you haven't scheduled yet, start there. 30 minutes, free, diagnostic only — and the structural diagnosis is yours to keep regardless.
