The Pre-Intake · 7 Questions · 10 Minutes

Before the Audit Call · the work that makes it work.

Once you've booked your Revenue Audit Call, you receive a 7-question pre-intake. This page explains why the pre-intake matters and what to expect — so you arrive at the call with the context that makes the 30 minutes genuinely structural.

Why the pre-intake is required.

The depth of the Audit Call is determined by the depth of the pre-intake. Gemma reads every answer before the call. Clients who complete the intake thoughtfully enter the call at Week 3 depth. Clients who skip it — or rush it — enter at Week 1 depth and leave with less structural clarity. The pre-intake is not a form. It's the first act of the work.

The Seven Questions

What the pre-intake asks.

These are the actual seven questions in the pre-intake. Reading them here lets you think through your answers before the form arrives — which makes the form faster to complete.

Question 01

What was your revenue in the best month of the last 12 months? And the worst?

Why we askVolatility between best and worst is the single clearest structural signal. A 4× spread indicates a different binding gap than a 1.5× spread.
Question 02

What percentage of your revenue comes from referrals vs. other sources?

Why we askReferral dependency is the leading Acquisition Gap indicator. A dependency ratio above 70% typically means pipeline infrastructure is structurally absent.
Question 03

When a qualified conversation goes quiet, what happens next?

Why we askYour answer reveals whether a Follow-Up System exists or whether silence is treated as rejection rather than as a status requiring action.
Question 04

Describe your current flagship offer — pricing, scope, deliverables.

Why we askReveals Offer Gap immediately. Pricing that's plateaued for 2+ years, or scope that creeps beyond the quote, or a "flagship" that isn't clearly defined — these all name Offer Gap work.
Question 05

What have you tried before that didn't produce durable change?

Why we askThe pattern of what didn't work tells us which layer was being addressed incorrectly. Often the work was pointed at the wrong gap.
Question 06

What outcome would make the next 90 days genuinely valuable?

Why we askForces specificity about the real desired outcome. Not "more revenue" — but what specifically, measurable how, by when. The answer shapes the diagnostic framing.
Question 07

Is there anything else Gemma should know before the call?

Why we askThe wildcard. Often produces the most important context — a recent life event, a specific ICP shift, a partnership question, a capacity constraint. The detail that reframes the whole diagnostic.
When & How

Twenty-four hours before the call.

The pre-intake form arrives by email 24 hours before your scheduled Audit Call. Completion takes 10 minutes. Gemma reads every answer before the call begins. If the intake isn't returned at least 4 hours before the call, the call is automatically rescheduled to a slot that allows proper preparation time.

Haven't Booked Yet?

The Audit Call is the entry point.

The pre-intake only arrives after the Audit Call is booked. If you haven't scheduled yet, start there. 30 minutes, free, diagnostic only — and the structural diagnosis is yours to keep regardless.
